Why is sleep important?
Sleep is important because we need energy.
Firstly, When you are go to deb drinking coke is not a good idea because it makes you hyper.
Secondly, The benefits of good sleep is it helps your concentration in reading, writing and maths.
Thirdly, If you don’t have enough sleep you will have a big temper tantrum or fall asleep in class.

Finally, Sleep is important because we need it to stay awake other wise we would always fall asleep.
